These Terms govern access to the EffDes Agency website operated by Valerii Voinovskyi under the EffDes Agency brand. They cover website content, the Agency enquiry form and informational product pages.
Agency engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement where applicable.
02 / Enquiries and communications
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance of work or form a contract for services. Information submitted through the website must be accurate and must not include passwords, payment-card information, private keys or other secrets.
03 / Acceptable website use
Visitors must not use the website unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; submit abusive or fraudulent material; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; or misuse the enquiry form.
04 / Pre-release product information
UTM Contact Attribution is being developed for Wix and is not represented by these Terms as an App Market production service. Product pages describe intended functionality and current development direction and may change before release.
Final app-specific privacy terms, production providers, uninstall behavior and any applicable commercial terms will be completed before an App Market release. No paid-product billing, cancellation or refund terms apply until a paid product is actually offered.
05 / Third-party links
The website may link to third-party services such as Wix or Instagram. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and EffDes does not control their availability or content.
06 / Website availability
EffDes may maintain, modify, limit or discontinue website content or features to address security, legal, technical or operational needs. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

The website, brand, documentation, software and original materials are owned by or licensed to EffDes and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of EffDes technology or materials.

These website Terms do not select an exclusive governing law or court. Mandatory rights and rules that apply to a visitor or a specific Agency engagement remain unaffected. A separate Agency agreement may include terms appropriate to that engagement.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, services, security practices or applicable obligations. The effective date will be revised. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
